We offer full service band saw maintenance and repair for our customers.  In this service the band saws are checked to ensure flatness of the blades.  The band saws are checked for straightness to ensure that the tooth edge runs straight, true and tight.  In this service the band saws are also checked for even and correct tension to allow the blade to perform properly.  We also provide welding repairs to damaged blades, provided that the damage is not too extensive and cost prohibitive to repair.

Well maintained band saws will last longer, cut straighter, reduce blade maintenance costs, cut more accurately, cut consistently, and will allow for cutting with thinner kerf.
